Ribeye Steak with Chimichurri Sauce

INGREDIENTS

Chimichurri Sauce
1 cup tightly packed chopped parsley leaves
1 cup tightly packed chopped cilantro leaves
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
5 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon coarse salt
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon hot pepper flakes
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all  ingredients in the food processor and spoon over freshly grilled steak.  Alternatively, you can marinate the steak in ⅓ cup of the chimichurri  sauce in the refrigerator for 30 mins to 2 hours.
